Kansas City Chiefs vs. Oakland Raiders: 3 Keys for Chiefs in the Second Half
This is a huge rivalry game for the Kansas City Chiefs and so far they are in total control going into the second half against the Oakland Raiders.
A huge defensive touchdown and a much better second quarter from Matt Cassel has netted them a 14-0 lead.
Here are three keys for the Chiefs heading into the second half to make sure they keep the pressure on.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
1. Stop the Stupid Penalties
It took 10 minutes to play the first 20 seconds of this game because of all the penalties. Twelve men in a huddle and a false start right after an encroachment penalty is just stupid.
This is a loud and rowdy crowd, so the Chiefs have to be sharp if they want to keep from giving this game away.
2. Hey, Thomas Jones, North/South Okay?
Kansas City's offense has been anemic to start the game and there's plenty of fault to go around, but their running game needs a lot of work. Thomas Jones keeps getting caught going sideways and he's just not fast enough to do that.
At least run up the field and get a couple of yards instead of nothing.
3. The Screen Plays Are Not Working
Oakland's secondary hasn't done a great job of containing Bowe or Breaston. Keep looking their way until the Raiders can figure out a way to stop it, because the one thing they are having some success with is stopping the screen play.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
