Broncos vs. Dolphins: 5 Halftime Adjustments Denver Must Make
To say the least, today's matchup between two teams with a combined 1-9 record has had more than enough hype. But it has been an interesting game thus far as the Denver Broncos take on the Miami Dolphins at Sun Life Stadium.
Returning to the place where he won a national championship, Tim Tebow is looking to silence the critics and prove that he is a legitimate NFL QB. The Broncos, off to their worst start in 11 years, are hoping to turn their season around by notching this important road victory. Here are five halftime adjustments Denver must make if they want to squash the 'Fins in the second half.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Take Advantage of Field Position
On the Broncos' first two drives into Miami territory, they were unable to put any points on the board. In the second half, Denver has to make the most of good field position and convert when it counts. Hopefully these missed field goals don't cost them.
Disguise the Blitz
The Broncos should mask their blitzes in the second half. With an inexperienced QB Matt Moore at the helm for the Dolphins, Denver needs to continue to disguise their defense and keep bringing pressure from all over the field.
Try Play-Action
Denver has done a solid job of establishing the run in the first half. As the game winds down, they should consider running more play-action and letting Tebow roll out of the pocket to make plays with his athleticism.
Tebow's Decision-Making
For the most part, Tebow has been lucky that his poor decisions have not really hurt the Broncos. In the second half, Tebow needs to concentrate on getting the ball out of his hand quickly and not panicking in the pocket by making uncalled for throws.
Willis McGahee Up the Middle
Denver has done a solid job of taking advantage of the 'Fins' weak run defense in the first half. They need to continue to pound McGahee up the gut, as their O-Line has been able to create big holes for him to run through. Establishing the run game early in the third quarter will give Tebow more opportunities and time to make quality throws.
