Week 7 Start 'Em, Sit 'Em: Rashard Mendenhall and RBs Sure to Have Huge Numbers
The NFL is now undoubtedly a quarterback's league, but that doesn't mean old-school running attacks are extinct just yet. Running backs are still the foundation of any fantasy team and if you have one of these you guys, you would be wise to start them in Week 7.
After a slow start to the season, Mendenhall exploded last week against Jacksonville.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The fourth year man out of Illinois ran for 146 and a touchdown on 23 carries. That gave him 319 yards and three touchdowns on the season.
I'm expecting a repeat performance out of Mendenhall in Week 7, when he and the Steelers take on the Arizona Cardinals.
Arizona has allowed 118.8 rushing yards per game and given up eight touchdowns on the ground this season (tied for most in NFL).
Mendenhall should be able to capitalize and find the end zone at least once. I'm predicting 130 yards and a touchdown from Pittsburgh's tailback.
Ryan Mathews
San Diego's second-year running back has a great matchup this week against the Jets and Rex Ryan's defense.
The Jets have given up eight rushing touchdowns (tied for most in NFL) and 132 yards per game on the ground (fifth most in NFL).
Mathews has been excellent this season, rushing for 413 yards and three touchdowns on 85 carries. Last week he ran for 125 yards against Denver, his most of the season.
Look for around 100 yards and two touchdowns from Mathews.
Mark Ingram
The rookie out of Alabama has three touchdowns on the season, all of them coming in the last four weeks. In every game he's scored, he's only had nine carries.
I expect Ingram to get 15-20 touches in Week 7 as the Saints take on the pitiful Indianapolis Colts.
Indy has allowed seven rushing touchdowns on the season, which is tied for fifth most in the league.
I'm expecting Ingram to run for 70 yards and two touchdowns.
