WWE Raw General Manager John Laurinaitis: 7 Reasons Why He Should Not Be on TV

Aren't we tired of this already?

The show is getting old. The man is not what we want to see on television.

What happened to the CM Punk way of thinking? What happened to Punk and Triple H as enemies?

I am not sure this is not how creative—err, Vince McMahon—wanted it to be.

But John Laurinaitis needs to be behind the scenes and and effective part of the show. Being in front of the camera every week is hurting ratings and most of all losing its effect on what the creative team is trying to do.

He's Stiff and Looked Scared

As a former wrestler, we expect him to be a little looser in the ring.

No such luck.

Johnny Ace looks like he should be able to move around a little better and not look scared to death.

His Voice Is Too Monotoned

He should have a little more inflection in his voice.

Take a page from Vince and Triple H.

Maybe he should go to Steve Austin's school of promos.

If you cannot convince people with your voice, then get back behind the stage!

Nobody Takes Him Seriously

"I'm John Laurinaitis, VP of...."

You get the idea. He may be behind this conspiracy, but his character needs more of a backbone.

No one takes him seriously because everyone in the ring can kick his ass.

He Should Be More Demanding of His Wrestlers

The one more thing I can say about Triple H, Vince, Stone Cold, or any other GM is that they were ready to fight in a minutes notice.

Johnny Ace's days of fighting are over and with that, so are his abilities to really inject some meanness to his character.

If He Is Behind the Conspiracy, It Is Too Evident

If they do not see him, how can they accuse him of being behind it?

Get Laurinaitis behind the scenes and make these attempts at the "conspiracy" a little more believable.

Because We Need to See More of Vince McMahon

That is where the charisma is on the program.

While we liked Triple H. we loved Vince.

Vince was the mind and manipulater that could see the show months in advance.

Laurinaitis cannot do that.

Maybe a few lessons from the master would help.

He Could Help Write Better Storylines Instead of Being in Them

He was hired to write great storylines.

It has gotten shoddy lately.

Maybe if he concentrates on writing and making sense of what's going on, he can bring back ratings and fans to the arena.
