Four days later and people are still talking about it.

Darrelle Revis may or may not have gotten away with a pass inference call that resulted in a 100-yard interception return for a touchdown on Monday night against Miami.

Famed New York radio host Mike Francesa felt the need to continue the discussion with Revis on Friday, badgering him with questions about it.

He tried every possible way of getting Revis to admit the play was pass interference. As any good player would do, Revis vehemently denied it…over and over again.

Finally, after Francesa asked the same question in a different form for about the eighth time, Revis had enough. You can hear some sort of mysterious voice in the background, and poof he was gone.

My favorite part of the interview is right after Revis hung up and Francesa was asking why in the heck he hung up, the guy that posted the video shot back “'cause you’re a scumbag.”

Francesa claims he was joking around, but it really doesn’t sound like it judging by his tone—a classic case of covering his tracks, if you ask me.

Revis is the best corner in the NFL and may be the beneficiary of a few calls, just like NBA stars. So I don’t blame the guy for hanging up on a radio hack that was deliberately trying to piss him off and get him to say something stupid.

Kudos to Revis for not falling for the trap.
