NFL Picks Week 7: Road Underdogs That Will Cover the Spread
An interesting thing about gambling on the NFL is that bookmakers very often allocate three points to the home team for the advantage they get having the crowd behind them and not having to travel.
This can work in your favor at times if you believe the road team can keep it close or straight up win, as they are often underdogs.
Let’s take a look at three dogs that are hitting the road this week but should have no problem covering the spread.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Seattle Seahawks (+3) at Cleveland Browns
Seattle has ripped off three straight wins against the spread while the Browns are 1-4 ATS this season.
I’m taking the Seahawks in this one, as the Browns have proved nothing so far this season.
Cleveland has only won against the two worst teams in football, the Miami Dolphins and Indianapolis Colts.
Seattle has played every game close since its first two losses and even beat the New York Giants before heading into its bye two weeks ago.
The Seahawks are healthy, rested and ready to go, and should be able to win this one.
Houston Texans (+3) at Tennessee Titans
Houston is currently on a slide ATS without Andre Johnson, but this is the week they turn it around.
Tennessee is not consistent at all with covering spreads and has alternated between wins and losses all season long.
Following that trend, this is the week to jump off the Titans and on the Texans. I think that Houston will straight up win here.
St. Louis Rams (+12.5) at Dallas Cowboys
St. Louis is 0-5 against the spread this season, but that will end against the Cowboys.
It is quite hard to go that many weeks without covering once but St. Louis has managed it.
The Rams are now getting a ton of points from bookmakers as they try to convince the public to bet the other side. I expect Dallas to win this, but not by 13.
