No one can pick all NFL games correctly, except maybe this guy

With unpredictability at an all-time high this season, why not make a few bold predictions each week?

Carolina Panthers 30, Washington Redskins 17

John Beck has been named the starter for the Redskins' trip to Charlotte to take on the Panthers this Sunday. Is he really that much better an option than Rex Grossman?

Sure, he outplayed Grossman against the Eagles last week, However, I don't see a dramatic improvement with Beck under center.

Cam Newton has blown away all expectations this season. The Panthers have been competitive in every game, yet they sit disappointingly at 1-5.

At home, against a decent Washington defense, Newton should find Steve Smith often and make just enough plays with his feet to carry his team to victory.

Carolina's defense hasn't stopped anyone this season, but this is one of the more pedestrian offenses that they've matched up against so far this season.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 24, Chicago Bears 17

Both teams are fresh off impressive wins in Week 6. However, playing at home, I like the Buccaneers in this one.

Josh Freeman has settled in and is starting to make plays to his youthful yet extremely talented group of wide receivers.

The 45-point loss to San Francisco was the wake-up call that this team needed.

I simply cannot trust Jay Cutler and the Bears for consecutive games.

Although they only have 10 sacks on the season, Tampa's defensive front should have their way with the Bears' offensive line, which played much better against the Vikings last week.

Arizona Cardinals 24, Pittsburgh Steelers 21

The Steelers look to be back on track, right?

Maybe they are, but they'll hit a bump in the road when they travel to Arizona to face the Cardinals, who are coming off their bye week.

I know Pittsburgh boasts the best pass defense in the league, but that doesn't matter to me.

Kevin Kolb will find Larry Fitzgerald often and the All-Pro receiver will be the difference in this upset.

Don't forget about Beanie Wells, either.
