NFL Predictions Week 7: Projecting Stats for Carson Palmer and Trade Newcomers
Carson Palmer is a member of the Oakland Raiders, Brandon Lloyd will be catching passes for the St. Louis Rams, and Ronnie Brown will split carries with Jahvid Best and the rest of the Detroit Lions running backs.
Whoops...Derrick Mason is on the Houston Texans now and Jerome Harrison is back on the Philadelphia Eagles, didn't forget them.
We can speculate how much these players will impact their team from a win-loss standpoint, but let's not forget fantasy.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
That's the most important aspect of these moves, right?
Carson Palmer
Palmer faces the Kansas City Chiefs defense at home in what should truly be an electric atmosphere inside the Black Hole.
Through five games, KC is allowing 120 yards on the ground and 250 yards through the air a contest.
Not great, but not what I'd call "stout" or "stingy."
Hue Jackson should again lean on his running game at the start of this one, but I expect him to stick with the vertical passing game as the game progresses.
Projection: 18/28 230 yards 2 TDs 1 INT
Brandon Lloyd
Sam Bradford will play against the Cowboys despite suffering an ankle injury in the fourth quarter a week ago.
Lloyd says his breakout 2010 season was due to Josh McDaniels and I envision the Rams offensive coordinator incorporating the former Denver Broncos receiver instantly in Dallas, especially with down field passes.
The Cowboys secondary is improving, but Lloyd should have a respectable game.
Projection: 5 catches 80 yards
Ronnie Brown
I would be shocked if Jahvid Best plays this week after his second concussion of the season. Jim Schwartz will likely use Maurice Morris and Keiland Williams, but Brown is easily the most talented and experienced running back left on the roster.
Detroit's ground game was stymied against the 49ers last Sunday and they realize they cannot be one-dimensional against the better teams in the league who now have a good deal of game tape on their passing game.
Projection: 11 carries 56 yards 1 TD
Jerome Harrison and Derrick Mason
I don't see much fantasy value in either of these two players. Harrison won't get enough carries to produce and though Mason should get a decent amount of targets, I don't see much upside.
