NFL Picks Week 7: Chiefs vs. Raiders and 5 Games to Bet the House On
It’s already Week 7 of the 2011 NFL season, and this week features plenty of games you will want to lay your hard earned money on.
The following are the biggest locks of the week, and they will be safe bets to pay off in a big way.
While I don’t condone gambling on sports or anything else, if I were a betting man I would have no problem letting it ride on any of these games. Good Luck!

No. 5: Baltimore Ravens @ Jacksonville Jaguars
1 of 5Spread: Jacksonville +7.5
Analysis: The Baltimore Ravens are coming off a victory over the Houston Texans and they have the Jacksonville Jaguars in their cross-hairs for an epic beat-down on Sunday.
While giving 7.5 points to the home team is a nice gesture, the Baltimore Ravens are going to make an example of the Jaguars and send a message to the rest of the NFL.
Prediction: Baltimore Ravens 30, Jacksonville Jaguars 13
No. 4: Seattle Seahawks @ Cleveland Browns
2 of 5Spread: Cleveland -3
Analysis: This is a battle of the bore, but the lack of Peyton Hillis for the Cleveland Browns will allow a Seattle Seahawks team that is playing solid right now to win outright.
If Marshawn Lynch can get the Seahawks ground game going, it will open up the passing attack and make this game tougher than the Browns ever expected.
Prediction: Seattle Seahawks 24, Cleveland Browns 17
No. 3: Houston Texans @ Tennessee Titans
3 of 5Spread: Tennessee -3
Analysis: While losing Mario Williams is a big blow to the Houston Texans and their defensive pressure, they still have plenty of solid players that can put pressure on a Tennessee Titans offense that hasn’t had much success.
Matt Hasselbeck has played better than expected, but the lack of Chris Johnson’s dominance has made the Titans one-dimensional and Houston will not only cover the spread, they will win outright.
Prediction: Houston Texans 24, Tennessee Titans 23
No. 2: Pittsburgh Steelers @ Arizona Cardinals
4 of 5Spread: Arizona +3.5
Analysis: The Pittsburgh Steelers have been disrespected all season because of the poor play by their defense, and the spread of 3.5 against the Arizona Cardinals may be the last straw in turning the Steelers back to their old ways.
The Cardinals are dreadful this season, and there is nothing they have on offense or defense that will be able to stop anything the Steelers throw at them on Sunday.
Prediction: Pittsburgh Steelers 41, Arizona Cardinals 16
No. 1: Kansas City Chiefs @ Oakland Raiders
5 of 5Spread: Oakland -4
Analysis: The Oakland Raiders are one of the best running teams in the NFL, and the addition of Carson Palmer to the passing game will open up the speedy offense even more than before.
The first test for the Pro Bowl quarterback will be against a meager Kansas City Chiefs team, and the Raiders will send a message with Palmer that they are legitimate Super Bowl contenders.
Prediction: Oakland Raiders 37, Kansas City 9
