Ryan LesterOct 19, 2011

Here are the LestersLegends Week 7 2011 fantasy football wide receiver rankings.

1. Calvin Johnson vs. Atlanta

Megatron is a beast. Atlanta is yielding 282.8 passing ypg.

2. Greg Jennings at Minnesota

Consistent. Averaged 113.0 yards and two TDs vs. Vikes last year, who are yielding 269.5 passing ypg this year.

3. Miles Austin vs. St. Louis

Cowboys took heat for trying to run against Pats. They’ll explode on St. Louis, who has allowed 11 passing TDs this year.

4. Mike Wallace at Arizona

Averaging 102.0 yards and 0.67 touchdowns per game. Cards giving up 258.2 passing ypg.

5. Steve Smith vs. Washington

Smith is averaging 112.5 ypg.

6. Dwayne Bowe at Oakland

Averaging 100.8 yards and a touchdown in his past four games. Raiders giving up 283.5 passing ypg.

7. Roddy White at Detroit

Has been disappointing, but still capable of a huge game. Should be motivated by Megatron show.

8. Brandon Marshall vs. Denver

Revenge game. Thrived on Revis Island with 109 yards. Broncos yielding 262.4 passing ypg.

9. Marques Colston vs. Indianapolis

Seven catches for 118 yards and a TD last week. He’s back. Colts giving up 255.8 passing ypg.

10. Larry Fitzgerald vs. Pittsburgh

Steelers are No. 1 against the pass, but Arizona is committed to getting Fitz the ball.

11. Vincent Jackson at New York Jets

In a copycat league I expect SD to test Revis with the physical V-Jax, assuming his hamstring is healed.

12. Dez Bryant vs. St. Louis

The Cowboys can’t keep freezing him out in the second half of games.

13. Anquan Boldin at Jacksonville

I guess Boldin can still be explosive (eight catches, 132 yards last week). Jags have allowed nine passing TDs.

14. Jordy Nelson at Minnesota

There will be plenty to go around as the Packers pound the Vikes.

15. Percy Harvin vs. Green Bay

Packers are allowing 299.7 passing ypg. Ponder looked to Harvin last week and should do so again.

16. Reggie Wayne at New Orleans

Saints have allowed 12 passing TDs. Eventually Painter is going to get the ball to the No. 1 target.

17. Pierre Garcon at New Orleans

Saints have allowed 12 passing TDs. Garcon averaging 101.3 yards and a touchdown over the past four games.

18. Brandon Lloyd at Dallas

Could take some time to gel with Bradford, but the Rams figure to pass a ton in this one.

19. Santonio Holmes vs. San Diego

Sanchez is getting killed in the media, but Holmes has scored in the past two games.

20. Nate Washington vs. Houston

His production has dipped, but he’s had at least 62 yards in every game this year.

21.  Mike Williams (TB) vs. Chicago

He’s getting plenty of looks. The Vikings masked a Bears team that still has issues in the secondary.

22.  Greg Little vs. Seattle

McCoy’s new favorite weapon squares off against Seattle team giving up 268.2 passing ypg.

23.  Eric Decker at Miami

With Lloyd shipped out, Decker likely becomes Tebow’s favorite target. Dolphins yielding 284 passing ypg.

24.  Santana Moss at Carolina

Assuming Beck starts and throws to the right team, Moss should have a solid day.

25.  Darrius Heyward-Bey vs. Kansas City

Losing Campbell hurts, but DHB (98.7 yards the past three weeks) should still be solid.

26.  Nate Burleson vs. Atlanta

Megatron will get a ton of attention, which should allow Burleson to get plenty of looks as well.

27.  Kevin Walter at Tennessee

Jacoby Jones has the big-play potential, but Walter (11 catches the past two weeks) is a safer option.

28.  Sidney Rice at Cleveland

The Seahawks should have figured out a way to get Rice more involved coming out of their bye.

29.  Steve Breaston at Oakland

Averaging 65.3 yards the past three games. Oakland struggles to stop the pass.

30.  Jacoby Jones at Tennessee

He’s hit-or-miss but tends to get a lot of looks. You’ll need some gambler in you if you play him.

31.  Danario Alexander at Dallas

Lloyd hurts his value, but there will be a learning curve.

32.  Doug Baldwin at Cleveland

Averaging 110.0 yards the past two weeks.

33.  Torrey Smith at Jacksonville

Rebounded nicely with three catches for 84 yards. Safe to play him again.

34.  Arrelious Benn vs. Chicago

Big-play threat that has ability to get behind the Bears safeties.

35.  James Jones at Minnesota

His number of looks varies, but he has scored in his past three games.

36.  Early Doucet vs. Pittsburgh

Averaging 61.3 yards in his past three games.

37.  Jabar Gaffney at Carolina

Has had at least 54 yards every game.  Low risk/low reward bye week option.

38.  Jason Hill vs. Baltimore

Has scored in his past two games.

39.  Malcom Floyd at New York Jets

Busted out last week, but a risky play against Jets.

40.  Mike Thomas vs. Baltimore

Hasn’t had a big game but has been getting plenty of looks.
