Week 7 Fantasy Football Start Em Sit Em: Sleepers to Grab off the Waiver Wire

Michael MillOct 19, 2011

The most important weeks for fantasy football owners are typically weeks 5-9.

This is because there are often emerging talents, and it's important to key in on those while teams proceed with bye weeks.

This week there will be many star players off the field with teams like Philadelphia, Buffalo and New York on their byes.

Here are three sleepers to check out for replacements this week.

WR Greg Little (Cleveland Browns)

Greg Little has been the starter for only one week in Cleveland. He was awarded the spot during the team's bye week.

In his first week as Colt McCoy's primary target he could the ball six times for 72 yards.

Those numbers should only get better as time passes. Look for Little to have similar, if not better results this weekend.

WR Steve Breaston (Kansas City Chiefs)

Steve Breaston got off to a very slow start this year in Kansas City.

That said, it seems that he has finally kicked it into gear. He may be a steal to grab while you have the chance.

In his last two games, Breaston has been on fire. He had four catches for 91 yards against Minnesota. He also had four catches for 50 yards and two touchdowns against Indianapolis.

RB Earnest Graham (Tampa Bay Buccaneers)

Earnest Graham isn't a long-term player, but he will be a good pickup for this weekend.

Graham will get the start for the second week in a row in Tampa Bay in place of LeGarrette Blount.

Graham rushed for 109 yards last week against the Saints.

He is also a threat catching the ball, placing third on the team in receptions.

It's a good matchup this weekend against a Bears team that has struggled stopping the run this season.
