NFL Power Rankings Week 7: Which Teams Are Disappointing Most?
Now that we are fully through Week 6, it is much clearer which teams are set to compete for playoff berths and which squads will be residing in the basement for the remainder of the season. Two teams have been the most disappointing league-wide and it's not even close.
The Philadelphia Eagles and Minnesota Vikings were thought to be serious playoff contenders before the season, and both have been horrendous for the most part. Unless something dramatic changes, both teams could be in serious trouble.
The Eagles managed to sneak past the Washington Redskins with a 20-13 win on Sunday, improving the team's record to 2-4. Still after what was expected of Michael Vick and the "Dream Team" this season, that is a terrible start.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Eagles have the league's 10th-ranked passing offense (271.1 yards per game) and top-ranked rushing attack (170 yards per game), but have averaged just 24.2 points per game. That's a terrible output for a team posting so many yards. The Eagles also have an NFC-worst minus-eight turnover ratio.
While Philadelphia could still turn things around, the team has a long way to go before proving itself to be as good as we expected it to be.
The Minnesota Vikings thought they were a quarterback away from being a very good team this season. They picked up Donovan McNabb in the offseason and were hoping that the combination of the six-time Pro Bowler and stud running back Adrian Peterson would lead them to glory. Well, after Week 6 the Vikings are 1-5 and facing a possible quarterback controversy.
The Vikings have the league's 31st-ranked passing attack, averaging just 168.7 yards per game, and while McNabb doesn't have much to work with at receiver, he hasn't done much to help himself. His 82.9 quarterback rating has fans in Minnesota calling for rookie Christian Ponder to take over under center.
With a defense that has Jared Allen and an offense that boasts Adrian Peterson, there is no way the Vikings should be 1-5 right now. Something needs to change in Minnesota, or the Vikings will be considered the league's biggest disappointment this season.
