Since Chris Cooley (finger) will be sidelined for weeks, he is expected to see Dr. James Andrew regarding his troublesome knee, according to Washington Post's Mike Jones.
""Washington Redskins Coach Mike Shanahan said that tight end Chris Cooley will meet Sunday with noted orthopedic surgeon James Andrews about his problematic left knee.
Cooley, who had surgery on his fractured left index finger Wednesday, will be sidelined for an extended period of time because of the finger, but Shanahan said he wasn’t sure how long. The knee could keep the two-time Pro Bowl player out even longer, depending on Andrews’ findings.
The knee has caused Cooley problems all season. He was slow to recover from arthroscopic surgery on the joint at the end of the 2010 season and was sidelined for the entire preseason."

Grant Paulsen, Washington Redskins reporter for 106.7 The Fan in D.C, has inside information on Cooley’s broken left index finger.
Cooley has been relatively ineffective this season, and Rotoworld is saying that the team may put their TE on the I.R. list.
Fred Davis is the obvious replacement and is now a must-add in most formats, especially for those of you who were going to battle with Cooley.
This is also a good time to trade for Davis if you need a stellar TE on your roster.
