Julio Jones has yet to return to practice, according to Atlanta Journal-Constitution's D. Orlando Ledbetter. At this point, barring a miracle, expect Jones to sit, though the Falcon have yet to rule him out and are hopeful he can play.
""Also, wide receiver Julio Jones did not practice on Thursday. The team hopes that he can play on Sunday. They’ll have designate his chance of playing in Friday’s injury report. He hasn’t practiced since before the Green Bay game," reports Ledbetter.

D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution updated Jones' status in his recap of yesterday's game and it paints a positive picture.
"No new injuries were announced during the game. Wide receiver Julio Jones (hamstring), cornerback Christopher Owens (concussions) and safety James Sanders (hamstring) were inactive because of injuries. The Falcons are hoping to get all three players back for the Detroit game.
"
Fantasy owners would obviously like more confirmation than "hoping," but it's better than nothing this early in the week. We should learn more once weekly practices begin, so keep checking back.
