Daniel Thomas Injury Makes Reggie Bush a Fantasy Starter in Week 6
Daniel Thomas is a game-time decision for Monday Night Football tomorrow night. Thomas' match-up was already a bad one, but now he just isn't start-able, except in the deepest formats.
Reggie Bush, however, is suddenly valuable in most leagues, especially PPR ones.
The Miami Dolphins are likely going to fall behind against the Jets early in this one. Even though they have Matt Moore, they'll be forced to put the ball in the air, as they try to come back in the second half.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Assuming Thomas is healthy and gets the start, he'll get most of the carries in the first half. That makes him worthy of a start, but again, only in deep leagues.
As soon as the 'Phins fall behind big, and that could be as early as the second quarter, they will turn to the passing game almost exclusively.
Reggie Bush is the passing-down running back, so he'll be sure to get plenty of time. The carries will be limited, but he should see a ton of targets.
Who are a rookie quarterback's best friends against a defense who will be putting a lot of pressure on him?
Tight ends and running backs underneath and in the flats. For this team, that's Reggie Bush's territory, and he will turn into Matt Moore's best friend.
Moore is going to have to get the ball out on three-step drops almost constantly. Bush should pick up 10 targets in this one, and since most of them will be low-risk throws, he'll likely get somewhere around eight catches.
Feel free to deploy the former USC star in this one.
He's usable whether or not Daniel Thomas gets the call. But now that Thomas is injured, Bush is a must-start.
