Brent Celek Video: Watch Eagles Tight End Make Catch of the Day

The Philadelphia Eagles have looked stellar in their game against the Washington Redskins, and one of the best catches of the year may have occurred during this battle as well.

Eagles tight end Brent Celek isn’t often utilized in the passing game anymore, but today, Philadelphia decided to exploit the matchup against the Redskins.

The Eagles must have seen something in the film regarding the middle of the Washington defense that they felt they could exploit. The team has gone right for the Redskins' throat.

In what could be the most spectacular catch of the day, Celek is streaking down the middle when Michael Vick hits him with a pass that was just too high.

Celek tips the ball to himself, and in an act of acrobatics, juggles the ball and somehow comes down with it.

The Washington Redskins looked as perplexed as the Eagles did, but it was no doubt a catch and the Eagles are on their way to their second victory of the season.

A spectacular catch like that can make a team believe in itself, and anything that can give the Eagles their swagger back would be a huge help for a struggling team.
