Tony Romo: Cowboys QB Will Quiet Critics After Performance Against Patriots D
Tony Romo is about to have a big game against the New England Patriots, causing his many critics to shut up.
Well, for a week at least.
For the first time since the first quarter of Week 1 against the New York Jets, Tony Romo has all of his weapons at full strength.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Miles Austin is back from a hamstring injury that forced him to miss a couple weeks. Dez Bryant is at full strength after an injured quad forced him to sit out one week and limited him in others. Felix Jones' shoulder is apparently back to 100 percent.
With all of those players at Tony Romo's side, it will be hard not to have a huge day against the Patriots' porous pass defense.
The Pats currently have the worst pass defense in the NFL, as they are giving up 8.1 net yards per pass attempt. The run defense, which has given up 4.6 yards per carry, hasn't been much better.
They can't afford to drop extra guys back in coverage.
Whether it's Bryant or Austin, Romo will have one extremely talented weapon who will being seeing single coverage for most of the game.
That's just not fair.
Throw in the fact that Tom Brady and the Patriots offense is extremely efficient and likely won't run the ball much with a beat-up BenJarvus Green-Ellis and we've got a shootout on our hands.
Romo should end up throwing the ball a lot. The Patriots, who only have eight sacks on the year, won't be able to pressure Romo like the Redskins and Lions have the past two games.
He'll be comfortable in the pocket for the first time in a while and as a result won't throw any stupid interceptions.
Quarterbacks against the Patriots are completing passes at a rate of 65.5 percent and Romo should easily eclipse that.
After this one is over, fantasy owners will be smiling and Romo critics will be frowning.
That is, of course, until the Romo roller coaster takes another dive next week.
