Go with Wisconsin. The least amount of points they've won by is 31 and they have the No. 1 offense in the nation. Michigan State has one of the stingiest defenses in the country, but Wisconsin isn't going to have trouble scoring points.

BCS/Top 25 Poll Implications:
Wisconsin would cement themselves as a legitimate National Championship threat if they were to come away with a win. Michigan State's huge loss to Notre Dame is going to haunt them for the rest of the season, but taking down a team of this magnitude would certainly help them gain back some legitimacy.
Key Storyline:
Is Wisconsin a National Championship contender? Wisconsin has blown away every team they've come across, yet they are still well outside the National Championship at No. 6 overall. This would give them another big win and just may be their last opportunity to obtain victory over a ranked opponent this season.
What They’re Saying:
“All that matters is that we win. Play one week at a time, and we play a great team in Michigan State. Go there, and it should be a great scene.”
The moment Wisconsin starts getting caught up in the flaws of the BCS and stops focusing on the task at hand, they're not going to be relevant in the National Championship conversation regardless of what system is in place.
It's good to see Wilson and the rest of the Badgers take this approach. What's going to happen down the road and who is ranked above them that shouldn't be are manners that are out of their control. They've just got to play football and hope the rest takes care of itself.
Detroit Free Press: Pat Narduzzi
"Anytime you get a win...and it's against a good football team, Top 10 team, Top 11, whatever they are or were, it's obviously fun,"
This will be the best team Michigan State's faced by a landslide. While beating Ohio State was a huge win and Michigan was even bigger. Taking down Wisconsin wouldn't just be "fun" for the Spartans, it would send a huge message to the rest of the league.
Wisconsin Player to Watch: Russell Wilson
Russell Wilson isn't just the best player on this field, he might be the best player in the nation. He's got a solid shot at a Heisman and a National Championship. This game would give him another huge win to tack onto his Heisman resume and losing it would likely cost him his season.
With 14 touchdowns and one interception, Wilson has ridiculous efficiency. He's the unquestioned leader of the Badgers and if he stays on his game, it's going to be tough for the Spartans to keep up.
Michigan State Player to Watch: Kirk Cousins
Wisconsin is going to put up points. Although the Spartans have a stellar defense, it's their offense that is going to have to come through if they are going to have a chance at taking down Wisconsin.
That begins with Kirk Cousins. His eight touchdown, 1,317 yard season has been decent, but the Spartans need him to be exceptional. If he steps up to the plate and answers the call, they've got a chance. Being involved with Wilson in a shootout is obviously a tough battle, but it's one Cousins is going to have to shine in.
Key Matchup: Wisconsin's Offense vs. Michigan State's Defense
Wisconsin has an elite offense, Michigan State has a high-performing defense. If Michigan State gets completely torched, they won't give their offense an opportunity to compete. Michigan State puts up an average of 28 points. If their defense buckles and lets Wisconsin impose their will, they can't hope to compete.
Prediction
Wisconsin 42, Michigan State 30
