Baylor Football Video: Watch Robert Griffin III's Houdini Act

It's not often that we look at a player from Baylor as even an option for the Heisman Trophy, but we're certainly past that bias now.

Robert Griffin III is simply a human highlight reel. Every week, he gives us something new to marvel over. This week's game against Texas A&M is giving us this gem.

While "Signature Plays" tend to result in scores, this one will be on his highlight reels come December, when he's sure to be a Heisman finalist, if not the actual award winner.

Griffin is not only a tremendous football player, but he's also a track star in the Big 12, a hurdler to be specific. I know, that's probably hard to believe after watching that video, but it's true.

Griffin is having a season that few players have ever had. He can easily keep Baylor in games against far more talented teams, and can do that on a consistent basis.

In reality, you can't ask for anything more from a starting quarterback. Griffin will get more opportunities to prove himself. Baylor is good, but they are going to be facing far more talented opponents this year.

Griffin will be given plenty of opportunities to prove that he deserves the Heisman.

Right now, the season is roughly at its halfway point. If the Heisman Trophy is supposed to go to an outstanding player that's also the most valuable to his team, it's hard to imagine a better option than Griffin.

Time will tell if he wins the Heisman. A lot can happen from here on out, with Griffin and other players.

But this is just one in a long line of fantastic plays for Baylor's quarterback. We'll be seeing more in coming weeks.
