Fantasy Football Week 6 Start 'Em Sit 'Em: Arian Foster and More Must-Bench RBs
Fantasy running backs can be a great source of points—as long as they have the opportunity to put up big numbers in real life. This week, these three runners will have too much to handle from opposing defenses, and would be better kept out of the starting lineup in fantasy play:
Arian Foster, Houston
With Andre Johnson hurt, there’s little to keep opposing defense from stacking the box against Foster. When the defense in question is the Baltimore Ravens, that’s very bad news.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Raiders held Foster to just 68 yards last week, and that was at Reliant Stadium. Going on the road against a more aggressive, more talented D, he could be in for an even rougher time.
DeAngelo Williams, Carolina
As much trouble as the Falcons have defending the pass, they’re actually eighth in the league in rushing yards allowed. That’s a good reason for Cam Newton to air it out on Sunday—and a good reason to leave the Panthers’ runners on the bench for fantasy purposes.
Williams has been playing better than Jonathan Stewart, so he’s the likelier pick to start, but neither is a safe bet against Atlanta.
Reggie Bush, Miami
For the six of you who haven’t yet given up on Bush, this will not be the week he turns things around. With Miami breaking in a new QB against an intimidating defense, it’s a week to stay far, far away from the Dolphins’ offense.
The Jets are going to be able to blitz at will and dare Moore to beat their corners, so Bush isn’t going to have room to run or receive in this matchup. Considering that the Dolphins also don’t seem to be committed to featuring him when their offense is working, it’s hard to recommend Bush in the foreseeable future, either.
