Philadelphia Eagles vs. Washington Redskins: Spread Info, Line and Predictions
Matchups always get intense in the NFC East, but it's especially heated whenever the Philadelphia Eagles and the Washington Redskins meet up.
Simply put, these teams don't like each other too much, especially when there is something at stake.
There is a ton at stake in this game.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
If someone told you before the season that the Redskins would come into this game at 3-1 atop the NFC East and the Eagles would be at the bottom looking up at 1-4, you would think they were crazy.
That's exactly the situation we find ourselves in right now though, and it still is a bit crazy.
The dream team looks more like the nightmare team, and the Redskins seem to have things together.
This is a huge proving ground for both teams to show us who they really are:
Contender or pretender?
Where: FedEx Field, Landover, MD
When: Sunday Oct. 16. at 1 p.m. EST
Watch: Fox
Spread: Philadelphia Eagles -2
This is going to be a close game, but it's hard for me to trust the Eagles right now.
Over/Under: 47
These teams can score, but I don't see this being a high scoring game.

Key Injuries:
Eagles: Defensive end Trent Cole out (calf), tackle Jason Peters out (hamstring), tackle King Dunlap questionable (back).
Redskins: Wide receiver Anthony Armstrong questionable (hamstring), cornerback Phillip Buchanon questionable (neck), tight end Chris Cooley questionable (knee), cornerback DeAngelo Hall questionable (knee), running back Tim Hightower questionable (shoulder).
Fantasy Big Plays:
Start: Running back Tim Hightower is questionable for the Redskins, so make sure to sit him. On the other hand, Ryan Torain will be a good start considering he will see a ton of carries.
Sit: Be weary of Michael Vick on the road. Last year he came into Washington and lit the field on fire, but these are two very different teams. He's been horribly inconsistent and banged up. The Redskins have a good pass-rush that should cause him trouble.
Keys to Philadelphia Win:
LeSean McCoy has to take over this game, which I think he is capable of. The Eagles aren't exactly fond of pounding the rock, but McCoy needs to get the ball a lot to keep the chains moving and keep the pressure off Vick.
Keys to Washington Win:
The key here is learning from all the other teams that have taken advantage of Vick and the Eagles this season. Put pressure on the quarterback, which means a ton of blitzes.
Prediction:
Washington is a much better team than people are giving them credit for, while the Eagles are actually as bad as their record states.
Redskins 20, Eagles 14
