NFL Trade Rumors: Which Teams Shouldn't Dream of Landing Brandon Lloyd?
Stay away Chicago, stay far away.
According to the Denver Post, Brandon Lloyd has been put on the trading block for a third to fifth round pick.
The Chicago Bears experimented with Brandon Lloyd in the past, and while they are desperate for an elite receiver, Lloyd isn't the guy.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
In 11 games with the Bears, he had just 26 catches for 364 yards. At 30 years of age, Lloyd is even less talented now than he was in 2008, and has only topped the 1,000 yard mark once in his career.
In fantasy football, Lloyd may be worth a draft pick, but in the real world, those draft picks are much more valuable.
The Carolina Panthers and Tennessee Titans have both been rumored to be interested according to the Denver Post, but Titans beat writer Jim Wyatt doesn't believe a deal will happen.
The move would actually make a bit of sense for the Titans who could use a one-year rental after losing Kenny Britt to injury. However, Matt Hasselbeck has been playing well, and the Titans are likely looking to avoid another Randy Moss experiment.
Panthers beat writer Darin Gantt doesn't seem to think that Carolina is willing to give up a pick for a rental WR either.
The New York Jets are another team that should turn away and run from Lloyd. The Jets just traded away Derrick Mason after a dispute between him and the coaches. They don't want to land another WR that has been known to run his mouth at times.
Lloyd might come to the crazy assumption that Mark Brunell should start over Mark Sanchez . He likely won't go that far, but the Jets have enough problems in their locker room right now and don't need to add another ego to the fold.
Chicago and New York could both use a WR, but neither should give up the draft required for an 11-game loan of Lloyd. His contract expires after the season and he is going to command too much money for the Jets and Bears to consider him.
Both those teams need to address the position with youth. The Jets already have one aging WR in Plaxico Burress, while the Bears failed on the Lloyd experiment the last time around the block.
Look for Lloyd to land with his former coach Josh McDaniels in St. Louis or in Arizona with Larry Fitzgerald and Kevin Kolb.
