NFL Picks Week 6: Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers To Continue Undefeated Run
Another week done, and still the two undefeated teams in the NFL remain with unblemished records.
The Green Bay Packers (5-0) and Detroit Lions (5-0) have made the NFC North the conference to beat early in the 2011 season.
After Week 6 the combined record for the two teams should come to 12-0.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The defending Super Bowl Champion Green Bay Packers have come out with raw determination to defend their title.
Quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been out of this world, leading the Packers to a league high 34.6 points per game. Rodgers has completed 71.7 percent of his passes for 1,721 yards over five games. He has 14 touchdowns—two rushing—and just two interceptions. He has a 122.9 quarterback passer rating.
Right now, Aaron Rodgers is the best player in the NFL.
If Rodgers continues at this rate he will finish the regular season with 5,500 passing yards and 45 touchdowns. The record is 5,084 yards by Dan Marino and 50 touchdowns by Tom Brady.
Just in case you were wondering.
Right now, it doesn't look like anybody is going to stop this offense. This weekend that responsibility falls on the shoulders of the 0-4 St. Louis Rams.
I would say it's pretty safe to bet the house on the idea of the Packers remaining undefeated after this week.
That said, the Packers aren't the team I have been most impressed with this season.
It feels like just yesterday the Lions were the laughing stock of the NFL with an 0-16 record. Now they are 5-0 with a good shot at a 6-0 start.
Not only are they 5-0, but they may actually be the best complete team in the league.
Their 31.8 points per game is fourth best in the league. Their 17.8 points allowed per game is tied for fourth best in the league. It's not just a top tier offense, the Lions have also built a top tier defense.
The Packers, Patriots and Saints lack something on defense. The Ravens, Steelers and Titans lack something on offense.
The best complete team in the NFL this season has been the undefeated Lions.
This weekend, the Lions face off against the San Francisco 49ers, who have been a surprise themselves this season. The 49ers play physical on defense, and their offense is average at best. Don't let the 48-3 beating on the Buccaneers fool you.
The 49ers are a good team, but the Lions are clearly better. Detroit and Green Bay will both be 6-0 following week six.
The real question is whether or not both these teams can make it undefeated to Week 12 when they face off against one another.
