NFL Power Rankings: Buffalo Bills and 3 Teams That Will Prove They Aren't Flukes
After five weeks of the NFL schedule, the standings look a lot different than many might have predicted. While some teams near the top of their respective divisions may be flukes, others have continued to prove otherwise.
The midpoint of the season is usually a good time to fairly evaluate teams, and with Week 6 nearly upon us, we'll be halfway through the season in no time.
Here are three surprising teams that will prove to the NFL world that they are for real with big wins this weekend.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Most observers have finally bought in to the 5-0 Detroit Lions, but there are still some waiting for the Lions to collapse. Thanks to an elite passing game, explosive running attack and devastating pass-rush, though, that simply isn't going to happen.
The Lions, along with the Green Bay Packers, are the only remaining undefeated team in the league and could own that distinction for quite a while. Quarterback Matthew Stafford is already one of the NFL's best quarterbacks despite playing in only a season's worth of games in his career, and wide receiver Calvin Johnson is in another stratosphere of greatness.
Detroit will face another surprising team in the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday. The Niners are atop the NFC West and have done so with great defense and an opportunistic offense. San Francisco has yet to play a team as well rounded as the Lions, though, so it's in line for a bit of a reality check.
It's true the Oakland Raiders are a bit of an up-and-down team, but in recent wins over the New York Jets and Houston Texans they proved they have what it takes to hang with the heavy hitters in the AFC.
Although Oakland's defense has been vulnerable at times, it has generally held up pretty well, particularly against a high-powered Texans offense. The main reason for the Raiders' success thus far has been the running game, though. Running back Darren McFadden leads the league in rushing with 519 yards and is capable of breaking "the big one" at any time.
The Raiders have an excellent chance to bolster their resume this weekend against the Cleveland Browns. The Browns are a middling team that isn't especially dangerous, so it's a game that Oakland has to have. Thanks to the Raiders' dominant running game, that shouldn't be much of a problem.
Football fans took notice when the Buffalo Bills beat the New England Patriots to move to 3-0 a couple weeks ago. After a loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, though, many jumped off the bandwagon. The Bills showed their resiliency last week, however, by upsetting the Philadelphia Eagles and handing them a 1-4 start.
The Bills have been torched defensively, and that is likely going to be a problem moving forward, but the offense is one of the most balanced in the entire league and is perfectly capable of putting up a major amount of points in any given games.
Buffalo has a nice matchup on Sunday against the New York Giants, who are coming off a disappointing loss to the Seattle Seahawks. The Bills will give up plenty of yardage, but they lead the league in interceptions, and Giants quarterback Eli Manning has been known to throw the ball to the opposition. When you couple that with the Bills' impressive offense, it's a recipe for success.
