NFL Picks Week 6: New Orleans Saints and Winners of Week's Top 4 Showdowns
This week, we have three NFL games between two teams that are above .500. The Detroit Lions host the San Francisco 49ers, the Buffalo Bills travel to New Jersey to take on the New York Giants, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers take on the NFC South-leading New Orleans Saints and the Baltimore Ravens will host the banged-up Houston Texans.
Here, we're going to take a look at the four teams that will win those games.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
This will actually be a good game. I do think the 49ers will run the ball very well against the Lions defense. I even think that Jim Harbaugh will come up with a game plan that will stop the Lions' defensive front.
The problem is that I don't think the 49ers will do a good job of containing Calvin Johnson.
Both teams go to the playoffs no matter what, but in Detroit, I like the Lions to pull this one off.
Buffalo Bills
The Giants' depleted secondary is starting to crumble. They have just had far too many injuries. The Bills easily have the weapons to exploit that.
Offensively, the Giants will do okay, but the Bills do have a ball-hawking defense. That is not a good matchup for a turnover-prone Giants offense.
New Orleans Saints
I know this game is in Tampa Bay. I know that last week the Buccaneers had a short week and had to travel across the country.
But ask yourself this question: If Alex Smith torched the Buccaneers defense, how is Drew Brees going to do?
Now, the 49ers defense is better than the New Orleans defense, but the Saints have too many weapons.
Baltimore Ravens
The Ravens are getting older but are coming off a bye week. Not only do the Texans not have that luxury, but some of their best players will either be out or banged up as well.
When you play the Ravens, you need to be at 100 percent.
In Baltimore, I really don't like the chances of a team that isn't.
Like the 49ers vs. Lions game, though, I expect both teams to make the playoffs.
