Tebow isn't the pocket passer Broncos starter Kyle Orton is, and he isn't as accurate either, but he makes plays that Orton would never think of making.

When plays break down in the pocket, Tebow will make something out of nothing, and won't take a sack.

Tebow's running ability in the open field will make it difficult for opposing defensive coordinators to gameplan for the Broncos. 

Right now the Broncos are too predictable. With running back Knowshon Moreno hurt, they have no rushing threat, and Orton, while a good fundamentally sound passer, isn't going to extend plays with his legs.

Tebow gives the Broncos a new dimension, and something of an unknown. It's so hard to gameplan for Tebow because he can turn any broken play into a big pass or run play.

The most important part of Tebow's game is he wins. It's that simple. He brings an energy and intensity to the game, his teammates, and the fans that Orton cannot bring.

His play isn't pretty, it's not going to impress you when you look at the stat sheet, but he finds a way to get the W.

In the NFL, winning is everything. The Broncos play in a weak division, and with Tim Tebow as their starting quarterback, they have a better chance to win games than with Kyle Orton.
