NFL Power Rankings: Updates on Top Contenders in "Suck for Luck" Race
Andrew Luck keeps winning every Saturday. Not only that, he keeps covering spreads, too. I say this only because he's now covered four straight three-touchdown spreads and looks every bit the QB we expected him to be.
The race for Andrew Luck, also known as the "Suck for Luck" campaign, is officially underway in earnest.
A number of teams need him, even more teams want him, but only one will land him.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Here is a look at the top contenders for the No. 1 pick in the 2012 draft as we enter Week 6.
Colts (0-5)
This speaks for itself. The last time a quarterback was compared to Peyton Manning it was, well, Peyton Manning.
No. 18 will be back on the field, but the Colts would be foolish to pass on his successor if given the shot.
They've come close to winning a few times in recent weeks, but they truly don't have what it takes without Manning under center.
They'll be in this hunt all season long.
Dolphins (0-4)
There isn't a team that needs Luck more than the Dolphins.
They've been trying to replace a legend for the last decade and things simply haven't worked out.
With a lame duck coach, an injured starting quarterback and discernible reason for why they lose so many football games, this team is my top contender.
Fans in Miami have fully embraced the "Suck for Luck" campaign as well.
Seahawks (2-3)
Seattle shocked the Giants in New York on Sunday. However, they needed all the help they could get from the Giants and still almost lost the game.
This is a problem for Seattle and they won't run into as many self-destructive teams as the Giants as the season continues.
They are young, inexperienced and susceptible to roller-coaster type performances.
If they happen to get into a slide, it will be tough for them to dig out. A quarterback is also going to be their biggest need at season's end.
Eagles (1-4)
What? Didn't they just pay Michael Vick $100 million. Yes, of course they did, but this team is in terrible trouble right now and Vick is always one hit away from going down for the season.
I don't expect them to be this bad all season long, but their schedule does them no favors.
A team many considered to be the best in the NFC during the summer is possibly one of its worst.
They aren't a top contender for Luck due to Vick's presence and the fact that the St. Louis Rams could actually go winless (ironically, the Rams are the only team the Eagles have beaten), but it is something to think about.
Broncos (1-4)
If Kyle Orton were still the starter, they would be higher on this list. But since coach John Fox smartened up and realized his team was going nowhere fast this year, he brought in the one guy all of Denver wanted to see: Tim Tebow.
They still lost yesterday, but Tebow brought something this team hasn't had since Jake Plummer was playing good football.
Now we'll see exactly what Tebow's got and if he's the answer for this franchise.
If he bottoms out, then the Broncos will certainly be in the hunt for Luck's services. And there is no denying that John Elway would be intrigued.
