NFL Power Rankings: Colts and 5 Teams That Should Just Suck for Andrew Luck
Andrew Luck is the surest thing since Peyton Manning at the quarterback position coming out of college. His upside is not only through the roof, he’s ready to lead a team to victory now. Here are five teams that would be better off in the long run if they just sucked for Luck:
5. Kansas City Chiefs
The Kansas City Chiefs made the playoffs last season so it’s not like their team is talentless. The return of Eric Berry and Jamaal Charles next year will be a nice boost to the team, but finding an upgrade at the quarterback position would take them to the next level.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Matt Cassel is one of those QBs that show flashes of capability during the regular season, but in reality, he’ll never be able to win a Super Bowl without an elite defense’s help.
Luck will be able to take advantage of the Chiefs’ offensive weapons. Charles, Dwayne Bowe, Tony Moeaki, Steve Breaston, Dexter McCluster and Jonathan Baldwin’s performance will increase with a better passer under center.
4. Denver Broncos
Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t think John Fox is too fond of Tim Tebow. Kyle Orton definitely isn’t the answer at quarterback for the Broncos and if Fox truly doesn’t like Tebow, than drafting Luck makes perfect sense.
Knowshon Moreno is officially a bust and because of that, Denver’s offense needs a ton of work.
3. Indianapolis Colts
Not even Peyton Manning is enough to fix the pitiful Indianapolis Colts. The franchise that has been dominant for so long must begin to rebuild. There is no better starting block than Luck.
Manning, the player Luck is being compared to, would be able to mentor the Stanford product until he retires. At 0-5, the Colts are well on their way to becoming playoff contenders again.
2. Seattle Seahawks
The Seattle Seahawks have plenty of young, talented football players on their roster. Without a respectable franchise quarterback though, they’ll be stuck in rebuilding mode forever. Adding Luck is the Seahawks' ticket back to the postseason.
1. Miami Dolphins
Tony Sparano is as good as gone. Earning the first overall pick would not only secure Luck as a replacement for Chad Henne, it will attract the best unemployed head coaches out there. Bill Cowher, Jon Gruden, Jeff Fisher; all of them would love to start over with Luck leading their team.
Miami’s offense actually isn’t that bad. The Dolphins can move the football; just not get it in the end zone. Luck would immediately fix that problem.
