Isaac Redman struggled today with his role as the starting RB for the Pittsburgh Steelers, and was outdone by Jonathan Dwyer.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Fantasy Impact:
This injury adds insult to injury for fantasy owners who opted to play Redman this week with Rashard Mendenhall also sidelined.
In the long term it won't mean much for fantasy owners as Mendenhall's injury isn't serious and he should be back into the lineup next week.
Who is the Backup?:
Jonathan Dwyer is currently Isaac Redman's backup, so he saw some increased work today, and he may have earned more work in the future.
If Mendenhall is injured again in the future, Dwyer might end up being the hot waiver wire acquisition.
Devastation Scale (Three out of 10)
Redman's cramps cost him a few carries today, but in the long run it doesn't mean much for him. He will return to his role as the backup RB when Mendenhall returns, and his fantasy value will once again plummet.
Timeline for Return:
Since the injury appears to be just cramps, Redman should be good for go for next week's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
What They're Saying:
Rotoworld confirmed Redman's injury, "Isaac Redman left Sunday's game in the fourth quarter with a left leg cramp."
Josina Anderson of ESPN pointed out how much better of a day Dwyer had today in her latest tweet.
