Robbie Hummel had 15 points and eight for the Boilermakers (5-2) who were out rebounded by Duke 49-29.
BOSTON COLLEGE 57, Iowa (Hawkeyes, 30,309 students, Iowa City, IA) 55: Iowa's Andrew Brommer missed the front end of a one-and-one free throw opportunity with 0.4 seconds remaining to allow the Eagles to escape. Senior Tyrese Rice led BC with a game-high 15 points.
CLEMSON 76, Illinois (Fighting Illini, 42,326 students, Champaign, IL) 74: Demontez Stitt scored 18 points and Trevor Booker had 16 to lead Clemson (8-0) to their fifth straight win in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge. The Tigers trailed at the half, 40-32, but forced 17 second-half turnovers with their full court press.
