Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Spread: Chargers -3.5
There was a time, not all that long ago, when it would be wise to jump all over the Broncos anytime they were getting points at home. Those days are gone. The Broncos are not doing anything particularly well.
If you didn't see their game last week, I am sure you saw the highlights. And those highlights were filled with Packers receivers running around wide open. The Chargers' passing offense is going to do the same thing to the Broncos.
The Chargers are fifth in the NFL in passing yards allowed, and if the Broncos have a strength on offense it is passing. They will struggle to throw in this game, and that means they will struggle to score.
Green Bay Packers at Atlanta Falcons
Spread: Packers -5.5
The Falcons have been nearly unbeatable at home in recent seasons. However, that didn't stop the Packers from beating them there in the playoffs last year, and it won't stop them from destroying them this year.
The Falcons are a shell of the team they were last year. At the root of their problems is a failing pass defense. They are 24th in the NFL in passing yards allowed.
Aaron Rodgers is going to feast on their weak passing D.
Chicago Bears at Detroit Lions
Spread: Lions -5
The Bears are struggling in all areas of the game. Detroit is not.
The Lions' strong defensive line is going to decimate a horrible Bears offensive line. The Bears will have a hard time moving the ball or scoring.
Compounding the Bears' problems is the fact that their defense has fallen off the map. They are 29th in passing yards allowed. Matt Stafford and Calvin Johnson are going to light this secondary up.
