NFL Predictions Week 5: Predicting Top 3 QB Performances This Week
This season has produced more aerial attacks in the opening weeks than ever seen before in the NFL.
It seems that the majority of teams have adapted to the pass-first philosophy that is becoming popular in the league.
We've seen a veteran throw for over 500 yards and a rookie with multiple 400-yard performances.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
You never know who is going to step up and have a huge game next.
Here are predictions for the top three passers this weekend.
3. Drew Brees (New Orleans Saints)
Drew Brees is one of those guys who it wouldn't shock you to see put up 400 yards in a game.
This weekend could be one of the more likely times for such a performance to occur.
The New Orleans Saints face off against the Carolina Panthers in what many expect to be a shootout. The Panthers have proven they can put up points.
The Saints also have one of the best quarterbacks in the league ready to pick apart the Carolina secondary.
Prediction: 355 yards, four touchdowns.
2. Cam Newton (Carolina Panthers)
Cam Newton has taken the league by storm as a rookie.
In his first two NFL starts he managed to put up two 400-yard games. Last week, he nearly hit the mark again against the Bears, but fell short with only 374 yards.
Newton has been asked to carry the Panthers offense this season. The team is throwing the ball more than anybody in the league.
When you are asked to throw, you put up numbers. This will be another big weekend for Newton.
Prediction: 370 yards, two touchdowns.
1. Matthew Stafford (Detroit Lions)
We have finally been able to see what the Detroit Lions are made of now that Matthew Stafford has been healthy this season.
Stafford has led the Lions to a 4-0 start and currently has the team as the second-best scoring offense in the NFL.
All eyes will be on the Lions for Monday Night Football this week in their NFC North matchup against the Chicago Bears.
The Bears have struggled against the pass this year, ranking in as 28th in the league at stopping air attacks.
Stafford will have a huge game in what will be a statement by the Lions.
Prediction: 410 yards, four touchdowns.
