Fantasy Football Rankings Week 5: Michael Vick and 3 QBs Who Will Rise Up
Michael Vick has certainly disappointed fantasy owners up to this point in the season. He has been knocked out of two games with a concussion and a bruised hand, before finally putting together a solid performance against the San Francisco 49ers.
Vick isn't the only QB who is primed to step up this week, as Matt Ryan and Josh Freeman are also in line for their breakout performances.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
If you're still having doubts about Vick, they will likely disappear this week. Vick appears healthy for the first time all season, and has been handed the opportunity to expose a horrid Buffalo Bills secondary.
The Buffalo Bills are currently recording the fewest amount of sacks per game, which bodes very well for Vick. He has been getting hit all season, and with time to operate in the pocket and find the open receiver, he should put together a big performance.
To make matters worse for Buffalo, they have the 25th-ranked pass defense, and have allowed opposing defenses to complete nearly 70 percent of their passes in Ralph Wilson Stadium.
Vick topped 400 yards passing against the 49ers last week, and should put up similar numbers this week. With not a lot of pressure on him, he should have no problem finding DeSean Jackson and Jeremy Maclin open downfield.
Expect a huge performance from Vick this weekend.
Matt Ryan, Atlanta Falcons
Ryan has been off to a terrific start yardage-wise, but has only recorded more than one touchdown pass once this season. That isn't exactly dazzling fantasy owners.
Things should change for Matt Ryan this week against the Green Bay Packers.
The Packers are currently giving up the third-most passing touchdowns to opposing quarterbacks, and the second-most yards. The biggest thing for Ryan is that it is unlikely that the Falcons' drives sputter out because of his arm. The Packers are currently give up the second-most first downs in the league on passing plays.
With Julio Jones coming around, things are certainly looking good for Ryan this week, as he faces one of the worst passing defenses in the league.
Expect Ryan to finally breakout, and make his fantasy owners happy.
Josh Freeman, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Freeman has yet to throw more than one touchdown in a game this season, which is certain to frustrate fantasy owners who thought he was in the midst of a breakout season.
The 49ers rank near the bottom of the league in nearly every statistic related to passing defense. They give up the sixth-most yards in the NFL through the air, and have a sack percentage of just 5.39 percent, good for just 22nd in the league.
The fact that they don't record a high percentage of sacks bodes well for Freeman, who is very mobile and should be able to buy some extra time against the 49ers.
Expect Freeman to have his biggest performance of the season thus far against the 49ers. He should top the 300-yard mark and add at least a pair of touchdowns.
