NFL Picks Week 5: Will the Packers Reach the 5-0 Mark?
The Green Bay Packers are currently the NFL's best team, and honestly, it doesn't look like second place is even close right now. They are currently one of just two undefeated teams in the NFL and are almost certain to improve to 5-0 this Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons.
The Packers are just rolling right now offensively, and quarterback Aaron Rodgers has them moving the ball and scoring at a ridiculously efficient pace. Rodgers possesses the NFL's best passer rating at 124.6, and he has been so absurdly good this year that the league's second-rated passer (Tom Brady) is 13.3 points behind him at 111.3. That's just incredible.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Rodgers leads the NFL's highest-scoring offense, which is averaging 37 points per game. The Falcons have not had much luck limiting their opponents, as they are currently ranked 27th in points allowed per game at 26.3. That combination spells trouble for Atlanta.
The Falcons are also allowing 275.5 yards per game through the air, so Rodgers and his fifth-ranked passing attack (319.8 yards per game) have to be salivating at the possibility of facing them on the Georgia Dome's turf Sunday night.
Defensively, the Packers do have holes in the secondary, as they are allowing 335.8 yards per game through the air, which ranks 31st in the NFL. But much of that yardage has come when Green Bay has had leads and opposing teams needed to throw a lot to try and come from behind. The Packers do possess the league's second-best run defense, allowing just 71 yards per game.
The Falcons certainly have the talent to compete with the Packers, but with the way each team has played so far this season, I just don't see Atlanta putting up the kind of resistance necessary to defeat Green Bay.
Expect the Packers to improve to 5-0 Sunday night.
