NFL Power Rankings: Atlanta Falcons and 3 Average Teams Worse Than Their Records
There are plenty of surprising teams at 3-1 or better right now. But the fact of the matter is that they have a winning record, and I can't take that from them.
There are also a few surprising teams that sit at 1-3 or worse. But they aren't the targets here. No, the targets are the eight teams that sit at 2-2.
At 2-2, you can go in a couple of different directions. So, which teams are going to head downward?

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Chicago Bears
Something about this team leaves me flat. They don't protect Jay Cutler and are abysmal at defending the pass for a team that's centered on defense.
Much was made about this play and the bad holding call that nullified it:
But the fact remains that Chicago was losing that game with a minute to go. Even if that return had stood, a loss was still imminent.
The Bears have just not done well against good teams. Their first win came against the Falcons (more on them in a second). Then, a win against the Panthers left me rather unimpressed.
Against the Lions, I don't like their chances.
Atlanta Falcons
How impressive was their comeback win against the Eagles? Philadelphia has blown a fourth quarter lead to the Giants and 49ers, both at home. All of a sudden, Atlanta's comeback doesn't look so great.
Their other win came in a nail biter over the Seahawks.
Against the red hot Packers, I really don't like Atlanta's chances at moving forward.
Cleveland Browns
I admit that I had high preseason expectations for the Browns this year. But after home losses to the Bengals and Titans, I am just sold that the Browns aren't going to be any good.
Narrow wins against the Colts and Dolphins just aren't that impressive.
The Browns are on a bye this week, so they will get a reprieve. But when they resume play, a 6-10 record would be quite an accomplishment.
