Week 6 College Football Predictions: Who Will Win This Week's Pac-12 Clashes?
The Pac-12 North is in a dead heat and Utah needs to feed Arizona State a loss to keep the Sun Devils from running away with the Pac-12 South.
There are five Pac-12 matchups in Week 5 in what is sure to be the most telling week for the conference thus far. Here is how this week's Pac-12 clashes will shake out.
California vs. Oregon
Pick: Oregon
Cal has looked overly impressive this season, but Oregon is a bit better than Presbyterian. Cal is coming off a loss and Oregon looks better every time we see them. LaMichael James and the Oregon offense are going to be far too much for Cal to handle this week.
Arizona vs. Oregon St.
Pick: Arizona
We're going to find out who the worst team in the Pac-12 is this week. While both are worthy candidates for the designation, Nick Foles and the Wildcats have the slight edge. Oregon St. has failed to win a single game and a loss to Sac State to start the season has proved to be one they can't shake.
Arizona St. vs. Utah
Pick: Arizona St.
The Sun Devils struggled in the first half against Oregon St. and they are going on the road. Even so, they are the best team in the Pac-12 South and Brock Osweiler should rebound well against a Utah team who torched by Washington at home, a week ago.
Colorado vs. Stanford
Pick: Stanford
It's hard to pick against Andrew Luck at home, regardless of who Stanford is playing. Colorado is off to a miserable start and Stanford is a National Championship contender. There is no way Colorado steals away victory against one of the best teams in not only the conference, but the entire nation.
Washington St. vs. UCLA
Pick: Washington St.
Washington St. barely took down Colorado last week. UCLA may have three losses to their name, but they've lost to Houston, Texas and Stanford. Nelson Rosario is coming on and this is a trap game Washington St. doesn't see coming.
