UNC Asheville Trick-Shot Video: Watch UNC Goalkeepers Take out Some Angry Birds
Parents can't stand when kids stay indoors and play video games all day. Well, how about if they took the video games outdoors?
UNC Asheville goalkeepers Lassi Hurskainen and Dan Jackson have delivered a sweet trick-shot video that combines a little footie, amazing kicks and Angry Birds.
That's right. The UNC Ashville soccer team, featuring their keepers, played a rousing game of Angry Birds with a ball and some plushes.
Anyone with a smart phone and extra time has wasted hours knocking down stupid green pigs with the use of very irate birds. When you fail to succeed, the pigs scoff at you, laughing at your misfortune.
Such villainy only causes you to play another round of Angry Birds. Well, Hurskainen and Jackson took their frustration to a whole new level.
The two place Angry Bird plushes all over the campus, and just launch soccer balls at them in an unrelenting pace. No hog is safe from their poise and precision.
The video is also perfect if you ever wanted to hear a European-techno-rave mix of the Angry Birds theme song. This is nearly four minutes of pure pleasure. It also works for lazy gamers who can't bring themselves to even play the game.
The best part has to be when Paul Egle comes in and kicks a ball off a hill onto a pig's head balanced on a stick. Who needs a bunch of birds when you have this type of accuracy with a soccer ball?
I salute the two for reinventing the time-honored tradition of slaying pigs, into a sport. I, for one, will keep my Angry Birds playing as an indoor activity.
I wouldn't survive shoe shopping with the missus without it.
