Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Philadelphia Eagles at Buffalo Bills
Point Spread: Eagles -2.5
This point spread baffles me. Are people really still betting the Eagles enough to justify this line?
The Eagles are 1-3 and the Bills are 3-1. And on top of this discrepancy in record, the Bills are at home.
My confidence in this pick extends beyond the records. The Bills are going to run all over the Eagles. The Eagles are 30th in the league in rushing yards allowed. The Bills are fifth in rushing yards gained.
The Bills are going to win this one straight up.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers at San Francisco 49ers
Point Spread: 49ers -3
The 49ers are 3-1, but they are nowhere near as good as that record suggests. This team only does one thing well, and that is stop the run.
This will certainly help them limit the Buccaneers offensive attack, but not to the point where their meager offense will be able to outscore them.
The 49ers ran the ball well last week, but that was against the previously mentioned horrid Eagles rush defense.
Tampa will win straight up.
Cincinnati Bengals at Jacksonville Jaguars
Point Spread: Jaguars -2.5
The Bengals defense is playing fantastic football. They are third in passing yards allowed and seventh in rushing yards allowed.
That is bad news for a Jaguars team that needs to run the ball in order to have any success. The Bengals will be able to stack the box against the Jaguars and shut down their run game.
The Jaguars are going to be at a loss to get anything going offensively. This is going to lead to easy points for the Bengals offense.
Bengals will win this one straight up.
