NFL Power Rankings Week 5: Giants and 3 Surprise Teams Guaranteed to Keep Rising
You don't want to use the word guarantee too much in the NFL. Everything is close, all teams are cluttered.
If you need proof of that, just take a look at my Power Rankings below. Before this season started, I would be lying if I told you that I expected some of these teams to be where they're at.
Still, for one week of NFL action and three games, I am willing to use the word guarantee. We may not have expected much from these teams, but they have delivered through the first four weeks.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Whether they will continue to deliver remains to be seen. But their runs will continue for one more week.
New York Giants
Seattle is just a much different team on the road then at home. On the road, the Seahawks are probably the NFL's worst team. At home, they aren't good, but are capable of winning some games that they shouldn't win.
Unfortunately for them, Week 5 will consist of a cross-country road trip.
Now, the Giants have been a consistent franchise, but given the amount of injuries they dealt with, nobody was really expecting a 3-1 start. Well, they will keep it going for at least one more week, as the Seahawks flying across country don't look to be much of a challenge.
Cincinnati Bengals
A 2-2 start isn't great, but it is for the Bengals. This is a team that I expected to be one of the worst in the NFL. So far, they just haven't been that bad.
Cincinnati's two losses have come by a combined seven points. I like Blaine Gabbert a lot, but I am not at all convinced that Jacksonville has much of a team other than Maurice Jones-Drew.
Even in Jacksonville, the odds are strongly with the Bengals to win this one. The thought of the Bengals being 3-2 after five games was baffling not that long ago, but is now a distinct possibility.
Buffalo Bills
Maybe I am just buying the panic that the Eagles are experiencing. The Eagles are certainly a team more than capable of a long run.
But right now, they are struggling. What makes me really like the Bills here isn't the Eagles, but the matchup.
The Bills have a ground game that will cause the Eagles' defense to struggle. Even if they build another big lead, Philadelphia will have a problem holding it.
