NFL Power Rankings: Dallas Cowboys and the 3 Teams Dropping Fast

Chris TrapassoOct 4, 2011

Will Tony Romo and the Dallas Cowboys rebound from their schizophrenic play?

One week Romo's the hero, the next he's the goat.

A handful of other teams are falling, and falling fast.

Dallas Cowboys

Which Romo are we going to get next week?

What about the week after that?

Who knows.

After their second half debacle against the Lions in Week 4, the Cowboys stock is plummeting.

Their secondary is just average and the offense makes far too many mistakes in pivotal moments.

Philadelphia Eagles

Another disappointing NFC East team that collapsed in Week 4.

At least the Cowboys gave the lead up to Calvin Johnson and the Lions, a team with loads of talent.

The San Francisco 49ers aren't bad, but Alex Smith looked All-Pro against the Eagles in the second half en route to the comeback win.

Vick was amazing but the defense, that was supposed to be a top-tier unit, totally let down the rest of the team.

Actually, they've been pretty bad in all of their games.

Minnesota Vikings

Who saw this coming?

I didn't.

Any team with Adrian Peterson should never lose four consecutive games.

Period.

The Vikings pass offense has been totally pedestrian and Donovan McNabb is playing worse than he ever has in his career.

Have fun with that division schedule.
