UFC Live on Versus 6 was an action-packed evening from the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C.

Leaving the fans wanting more, the venue was highlighted by a five-round back-and-forth bantamweight title match between current champion Dominick "The Dominator" Cruz and the No. 1 contender for the belt, Demetrious "Mighty Mouse" Johnson.

Not to be undone by the main event, the heavyweight matchup between Pat "HD" Barry and Stefan "Skyscraper" Struve was a technical kickboxing bout at the start. This stand-up battle quickly turned into a matchup of jiu-jitsu dominance, as Struve locked up a triangle choke during Round 2.

Barry attempted to shrug off the submission attempt of Struve by delivering a thunderous power bomb in the center of the Octagon, bringing the fans to their feet cheering on the dedication and devotion of both competitors.

Additional main card action included the return of Anthony "Rumble" Johnson, as he used his size, strength and reach advantage over Charlie Brenneman, finishing the fight with a jaw-rattling head kick.

Josh Neer made a statement in his return to the Octagon, as he put on an elbow clinic, pulverizing Keith Wisniewski's face into ground beef.

Last, but definitely not least, British born and undefeated Paul Sass secured his 11th victory by submission with a brilliantly executed heel hook on the ultra-aggressive Michael Johnson.
