NFL Power Rankings: Oakland Raiders and the 3 Teams Cooling Most After Week 4
In a wild and crazy Week 4, a few upstart teams took a step back and cooled off after torrid starts.
One team, who we thought we knew, totally collapsed at home in the second half.
These three teams aren't buried yet, but they definitely came back to Earth on Sunday.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Oakland Raiders
We were extremely high on the Raiders after their running assault on the New York Jets in Week 3.
They looked like they would ride the bruising one-two punch of Darren McFadden and Michael Bush, play good enough defense and let Jason Campbell manage the game each Sunday.
Seemed like a simple enough plan to work.
Against the Patriots, the run game wasn't bad, but Campbell made mistakes and their defense was meticulously torn apart by Tom Brady, Wes Welker and rookie runner Stevan Ridley.
Buffalo Bills
The NFL's sweethearts were treated to their first rude awakening of the season on Sunday in Cincinnati.
After jumping out to a 17-3 halftime lead, the Bengals dominated in the second half in their 23-20 win.
Ryan Fitzpatrick didn't implode, but he wasn't nearly as effective as he'd been through the first three weeks.
Fred Jackson was relatively held in check, and the Bills' wide receivers had trouble getting open all afternoon.
The offense never got in sync and we were reminded that Buffalo had the worst run defense in the NFL a year ago.
Dallas Cowboys
Tony Romo rebounded from his ill-advised interception that led to the Cowboys loss to the Jets in Week 1 with consecutive victories.
He was called a "hero" on TV this past week more times than ever before because he played in Week 2 and Week 3 with a broken rib.
They held a 27-3 advantage over the upstart Lions, then the nightmare began.
Romo threw three interceptions in the second half and Detroit capped off the remarkable comeback with a Calvin Johnson touchdown with under two minutes remaining.
This team is so consistently inconsistent you never know what you're going to get.
It starts with Romo.
