Brett Favre Will Be NFL's Next Great Primetime Announcer
Even though his playing days finally seem to have reached their definite end, Brett Favre has managed to put himself in one of his favorite positions: The position of having employers begging for his services.
Favre made his debut as a TV football analyst this past Saturday. And while he certainly showed he was green at moments, he left little doubt that he could excel in this capacity just like he did on the football field.
His charm and skill in the booth will erase any fear by network executives that the recent hits to his public image will taint his value as an analyst.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Favre, sure to be coveted as an NFL analyst free agent, is a natural talker. He speaks intelligently, but at the same time he puts it in a language that everyone can understand. He has the natural demeanor that leaves you feeling like you are listening to a friend talk, and not a future Hall of Fame quarterback.
On the broadcast for a game involving his Alma matter Southern Miss as they took on Rice. He got off to a bit of a slow start as he even admitted he was a "little nervous."
He certainly warmed up as the game went on.
The former Golden Eagles signal caller turned legendary professional quarterback added valuable insight as he broke down different coverages by the secondary, and pointed out effective routes by receivers.
His laid back nature shone through, and he was quick to adopt a charming self-effacing nature.
Although, Favre struggled a bit to remain middle-of-the-road as he referred to Southern Miss as "we" several times. Given this was his first time in the booth and it was his college playing, that is certainly understandable and easily correctable.
If Favre wants to jump into this role full-time there is little doubt that he will soon be in the booth for the NFL's biggest games. The biggest trick will likely be in getting him to commit. This, as we have all seen over the last three years, can be a painfully drawn out process.
