What Is Wrong with the Philadelphia Eagles?

1 of 25

The Philadelphia Eagles were all the talk this offseason.  They made the biggest signings in free agency, and Vince Young said when he got there that he felt like he was playing on a dream team.

That dream has been a nightmare in the early going.  The Eagles are 1-3 and facing an uphill battle in the tough NFC East.

The Detroit Lions are 4-0.  They have had dramatic come from behind wins in each of the last two weeks, but since they are the Lions, there are still some doubts.

The Atlanta Falcons were the No. 1 seed in the NFC playoffs last season, and most people expected them to be a dominant team again this year.  So far they have not been very good.

4 of 25

The Bills stumbled on Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals, but they have been one of the better teams in the NFL over the first few weeks.  Can they keep it up for the full season?

The next five games will tell the story on the 2011 Bills as they face the Eagles, Giants, Redskins, Jets and Cowboys.  They should be considered a legitimate playoff contender if they can win three of those five.

Can the Titans Get Chris Johnson Going?

5 of 25

Chris Johnson had his first 100-yard game of the season on Sunday, but it still was not the type of performance the Titans need from Johnson.  They need him to be the home run threat that he has been the last couple of years.

Tennessee has started 3-1, but they can only keep up the winning if Johnson gets going.

What Is Wrong with the Steelers Defense?

9 of 25

The Steelers defense, which is historically strong against the run, was gashed on Sunday by Arian Foster.  That would not be that big of a deal, but the Pittsburgh defense has looked a step slow this year.  They are going to need to play well for the team to rebound from a 2-2 start.

Are the Houston Texans Finally Ready To Make the Playoffs?

12 of 25

It seems like every year the Texans are the popular pick to knock off the Colts in the AFC South. Well, this year they do not have to knock off the Colts.

17 of 25

Who Will Win the NFC North?

The last couple of years the debate on best running back in the league has come down to Adrian Peterson and Chris Johnson.  Last year, Arian Foster made his case to be in the conversation.

Peterson has been the best of the three so far this season, but Foster looks to be 100 percent and ready to state his case all over again.
