Michael Vick Injury: Battered Philadelphia Eagles QB Needs to Think Run First
Michael Vick is getting destroyed behind a makeshift offensive line in Philadelphia, and if the Eagles don’t get him more protection, Vick needs to start running first and passing second.
There is no question that Michael Vick is better in Philadelphia as a pocket passer than he ever was in Atlanta as a scrambling quarterback, but he is getting destroyed with no offensive line.
With all of the money Philadelphia spent on positions of need this season, the one area that needed help more than others was the offensive line and they didn’t address it with anything more than a draft pick that hasn’t been playing.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Injury after injury has been putting Vick behind the eight ball every game, and the management has done nothing but continue to make life difficult for their newly paid $100 million man.
Whether Philadelphia likes it or not, Vick will have to start running first and trying to find his receivers on his rollout because he can’t keep taking these shots.
Vick can still be an effective quarterback when he is on the run, and in fact, there may not be a more dangerous quarterback on the run in the history of the NFL than Michael Vick.
Another loss in Philadelphia has to show that what they are doing isn’t working, and the only way to change the result is by changing the way the team is playing the game.
Vick needs to run.
The Philadelphia Eagles starting the season 1-3 is not the way anyone thought the season would start, and if the coaching staff doesn’t change the gameplan, it’s time for Vick to take the helm and run the offense the way he knows it should be.
