Fantasy Football Week 4 Start 'Em, Sit 'Em: 3 RBs That Will Be Stuffed on Sunday
Many fantasy owners are ecstatic to see Arian Foster return as he finally looks healthy. I'm not sure I would jumped on that train just yet. Foster had an injury with a high probability of reoccurring and Ben Tate has been great in his relief. I'd test the waters for a week, especially if you've been surviving without him.
Foster isn't one of the three backs I expect to be frustrated in Week 4. There is a chance he'll have a decent game, even though he is going against the Steelers who are traditionally stout against the run.
The unlucky three players are as follows:

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Felix Jones, Dallas Cowboys
Felix Jones has been good this year when he's carried it. He has 184 yards on only 40 carries, that is 4.6 yards per carry. He is not a durable back and this is a different type of Detroit Lions front seven.
The Lions run defense numbers are a bit skewed. They shut down Tampa's rushing attack, the Chiefs ran it well, even after Jamaal Charles was hurt and Adrian Peterson was held to 78 yards.
Jones will not have a big game against the Lions, sit em.
Beanie Wells, Arizona Cardinals
Beanie Wells is still a bit hobbled but is expected to play. Compound the fact that he isn't one hundred percent with the return of Justin Tuck and Osi Umenyiora. It just isn't setup for Wells to really get off this week. I would wait and hopefully he comes out of this week healthy and will be a regular start going forward. For now, sit em.
Rashard Mendenhall
The Steelers running back seems a bit off right now and the team's rushing attack has suffered. They are currently 17th in the NFL. The Texans have been decent against the run but they score tons of points.
I see this as a potential shootout that Rashard Mendenhall won't figure to score major fantasy points in, sit em.
