Week 4 Fantasy Football Projections: Darren McFadden and 3 RBs Who Will Dominate

Quarterbacks continue to steal the show in fantasy football, but running backs are starting to produce monster numbers and are slowly, but surely making their presence felt.

With Adrian Peterson not getting enough touches, Chris Johnson being MIA and Arian Foster banged up, those who took an elite fantasy back have had it rough.

This week, running backs will redeem themselves and these three ball carriers will be at the forefront.

Darren McFadden

Darren McFadden just ripped apart the Jets in a 171-yard masterpiece. He faces the Patriots this week and while they aren't the worst team in the league against the run, that's only because teams are throwing on them at will.

The Raiders are going to establish the run game early and McFadden is sure to produce another huge game. This is going to be a high-scoring affair and if you have Run DMC, you're in luck again this week.

Ray Rice

The Jets were exposed last week by McFadden and Ray Rice has to be liking what he sees on tape. Behind Vonta Leach, Rice is going to run the ball at will on Sunday night and the Jets have proven they don't have the means to do anything about it.

Rice has the ability to dominate in the passing game as well, but this week we'll see him torch the Jets on the ground en route to another big day against a run defense that was heralded a season ago.

Adrian Peterson

AP may be upset about his amount of touches, but he's still just shy of off 100 yards rushing a game and he has three touchdowns to boot. This week, he's going up against a Kansas City run defense that allows 123 yards a game.

Don't be surprised to see Peterson break loose for upwards of 150 yards this week. He's still the best running back in the NFL and if and when Donovan McNabb struggles, the Vikings will rely more heavily on Peterson to carry them to victory.
