Week 4 Fantasy Football Start Em Sit Em: Julio Jones and Top Week 4 Flex Options

So your running back and wide receiver spots are filled, but you aren't quite sure who to plug in the flex? Not to worry, there are a few flex options who are going to come up big this week.

Don't make the mistake of putting one of these players on the bench this bench this week. All three of these guys are going to make you pay if you choose to sit them.

Here are the top flex options of the week.

Julio Jones

Seattle's secondary has held up well thus far, allowing more than 218 yards per game in their first three outings. Even so, they haven't played a game against a passing attack like the Falcons. The Falcons are trying to establish themselves as an explosive offense and Julio Jones is at the forefront of that effort.

Jones had 115 yards last week and is becoming the matchup nightmare the Falcons hoped he would be. Michael Turner is still the main priority for the Seahawks and they aren't going to ease up on Roddy White to roll a safety over to help with Julio Jones.

Kendall Hunter

If you took Kendall Hunter late because you thought Gore would be banged up at some point this season, it's already paid off. Hunter is going to have an increased role with Gore falling victim to a minor injury and he's facing an ideal matchup this week.

The Eagles are miserable against the run and Hunter is going to get his touches. Hunter scored a touchdown last week and though the 49ers have struggled on the ground thus far, Hunter will cash in against a soft Philly run defense.

Devery Henderson

The return of Marques Colston might be seen as a negative thing for Devery Henderson owners, but it should actually help his numbers. He's had two 100-yard games already and the Jaguars aren't going to be able to contain the Saints' passing attack this week.

Everyone on the Saints should score points this week, but Colston coming back makes Henderson in single coverage the biggest threat on the field.
