Fantasy Football Week 4 Start 'Em Sit 'Em: Cam Newton and 2 Players to Bench

It's time to get all the excitement out of your systems. I know you have some of these players destined for great things in 2011, you will just want them to take a breather in Week 4. Please, for the sake of your fantasy team, let them rest. 

These are the matchups you want to make note of. On Sunday night, you will be crying into your boohoo towel about how these chumps let you down. 

Well, you have been given prior notice that the great fantasy games they have had in weeks prior are not going to carry over to Week 4. 

Now practice safe fantasy football and get these guys out of your lineup. 

Cam Newton

The Panthers rookie has been a stout arm under center for a few weeks now. He even got over on the Green Bay Packers' defense. 

This weekend will prove that Newton is not a start him and leave him player. Take him out against the Chicago Bears. The rain didn't help Newton last weekend, but Newton is facing a Bears squad that now has plenty of tape on him. 

That more than anything will make Newton susceptible on Sunday. 

Ben Tate

I know that he has been a blessing to most fantasy owners that were in the know and snatched him up, but the time has come to put him on the bench. 

Arian Foster will get the touches. Even if eh didn't, the Steelers are doing one thing right at the moment, and that's defend the run. Keep Tate for when Foster feel the aches and pains again, but take a flier on him in Week 4. 

DeAngelo Williams

You know things are going bad when you can feel safe benching two Panthers players. The Carolina running back was supposed to feature this year. 

A few weeks in, he hasn't even gotten out of the gate. The Bears defend the run enough to instill confidence that Williams will once again be relegated to human efforts.
