NFL Power Rankings: Minnesota Vikings and 3 Bottom Half Teams That Will Jump Up
If you take a look below, you will see my NFL Power Rankings after three weeks of football. Today, we're going to be focusing on the teams from 16-32.
A few of these teams will win this week. That won't necessarily vault them to a playoff season, but they will be better in the rankings at this time next week.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Maybe it's a little cheap to put the first team in the bottom half on this list. Still, I don't see it that way. I see this as putting the team playing the Seahawks on this list.
The Seahawks are a much tougher team at home than they are on the road. Since, against Matt Ryan and the Falcons, I don't see the home field advantage making much of a difference.
The NFC is a tough conference this year and the NFC South is a really difficult division. I don't know that the Falcons will end up in the playoffs, but they will be in the Top 16 come next week.
Cleveland Browns-No. 19
The Titans and Browns do battle in a game between two of the more questionable 2-1 teams in the league. It's really hard to imagine that one of these teams will be 3-1 at this time next week.
Still, unless we get a tie, that will be the case.
With the loss of Kenny Britt and the horribly ineffective play of Chris Johnson, Tennessee seems like the far more likely loser here.
If the game was in Tennessee, I might have a different opinion. But in Cleveland, the Browns should win. If all goes to plan, they will be in the top half of the rankings.
Minnesota Vikings-No. 26
If you have to start the season 0-3, how would you like to do it?
Option 1: Be competitive in all games but blow fourth quarter leads in all three.
Option 2: Be the clearly inferior team for every minute of every game.
Option 2 is less irritating. Still, in a game between a team that's followed Option 1 and another that's followed Option 2, I like Option 1 to win.
That's what Sunday's game between the Vikings and Chiefs will give us.
The Vikings are the best 0-3 team in the NFL. Given the injuries, the Chiefs are probably the worst team in the league.
The Vikings have a long way to go before playoff contention, but they will rise this week.
